is anyone having problems with the warranty department. We are new to the neigborhood, and I am shocked at the customer service and crappy quality of work that is being performed. The gentleman that they send to do the painting is the most disrespectful human being I have ever come across. Anyone else having the same problems?

I had a similar problem with the warranty company over in Lakeside - wonder if its the same company. I basically had to threaten a lawsuit before they came out to fix something.
