There's a new myspace in town

Hey guys! I don't know how many of you get on myspace, but I've started a new website that is really similiar to it. The profiles and friends systems are the same, plus I have games, pics, etc. My name is John, my wife and I have a 14 month old daughter. My wife is a full time stay at home mom, and we are hoping the website can help fund all of our new changes. If you guys could show some support by checking out the site, signing up, and creating a profile, maybe tell some friends, I'd really appreciate it. By the way Keith, I really like your site. Its great what your doing for our community.

So, I checked it out. It looks like myspace with a slight makeover. And I do mean slight. Not very original......I'll stick to myspace.

There are a ton of companies out there trying to out-do MySpace right now - even MSN has one. It ain't gonna happen - no one wants to completely redo their page on another site and start all over again collecting friends. MySpace has got the best site IMO...aside from a lot of server issues.

spamming? you guys are harsh! I thought this was a community board. I started a website with hopes that would become a sucess just like many of you do when starting a business. then I get tree work done at my home and I was very happy with the company I used so I post in on this site, and I am accused of spamming? I edited my post about the tree company so that they won't look bad because of me. I may not post very often here but before now I did visit the site and read through topics on a daily basis. you all are harsh

I'm sorry if this was not your intent but the one and only post was about another website and then 5-6 months later your next post is about a tree service, and from the way you wrote it it reminded me of the spam that you get on myspace. you know the ones I'm talking about.... "Hey guys I just got this great ringtone service you should really check it out.......Bla Bla Bla" so if that is not what you were doing than I apologize and you are now eligible for one free drink at a formal riverviewforums meeting.
