I'm sitting here at the bar wondering why the hell i come back to this place. I don't come here often but when I do I wonder why I come at all? every time I'm here the service is absolutly horrible. I just ordered food and another beer and the bar wentch went off and chatted withe manager for like ten minutes ( get layed on your own time I need a beer!) then waited on another person then got my beer. still waiting the food. I can't wait till the obrians open.... please god make the service good. as i write this i can see the fat little spanish chick playing the match game with her friend on the mega touch. I 've gotten stuck wither several times as my waitress and now i know why it takes for ever to get even the simplest service from her. One time I almost walked on a check because I couldn't get her to bring it to me. well food finaly got here so i will end the rant.

I second that.. the food is ok.. but when it takes over an hour to get lunch it's not worth it. I doubt i'll be going back again.

I agree the serivce is horrible. We were in there last month for lunch, It was around 2pm and we were the ONLY people in there. We ordered wings and Chicken nuggets for our kids. It took well over 30 minutes to get our food. We had to hunt the waitress down because she kept disappearing. We were there almost a hour and a half (between waiting for her to come take our order, waiting on food, and then waiting on our ticket) And they even mangaed to screw up the kids Mac-N-Cheese. They said it got burnt so they had to re-cook it.

We've decided to do take out only after a few incidents, Which we did this weekend...And they manged to mess up our order lol :-)

Wow, everytime we've been in there we have to tell them to not rush our food out. We usually get all of it, appetizers and entrees at once....

I followed that thread, but now after almost a year, I have actually heard two people tell me it is great. Maybe they had a total shake up, canned some poor servers, and management and got their act together.

I'll still wait for several more good reports before venturing to the Dog Food Bowl for a Beer and snack.

50 cents on Thursday? Big deal. We go to Junior's Best and they are 60 cents all the time. Not to mention they are ALL legs and the sauce is better than anything that comes out of Buffalo Sorry Wings.

I think I have been to about 6 different locations and the service has been terrible at everyone, I hate a la carte menu's, I hate paying for ranch with wings

the only reason I punish myself is they show the UFC for free, so I can suck it up to save $50 from pay per view for sh!tty service once a month

We were there about a week ago on Thursday. The service was still terrible. It wasn't crowded in there (usually isn't when we have been) and I've just learned to expect bad service from them. We just keep going back because the food has always been good and it's close to home. I guess I can't really complain too much because we're the ones who keep going back :)

As for the deals someone asked about, I believe it's .25 wings on Tuesday and .50 boneless wings on Thursday. But it doesn't really save that much money. And I agree, Paying for ranch is crazy. There were four us who went to eat (two adults-two kids) We got 3 cups of extra ranch and if I can recall correctly it was $1.xx something per ranch. A little overpriced just to have a small cup of ranch. IMO

the only location that is worth a damn as far as I'm concerned is the Brandon location. Service is always good and the food is alway consistent.

the boyete location has good service and the food is usually good. the only problem is the building design. there is a horrible echo and it is impossible to have a conversation with out yelling at the top of your lungs, even when there is no in the place. the TV is at full volume and I don't know if it is just the building echo or if the idiot that run the sound system has it set to auditorium which puts its own echo in the sound.

I do think they are a little understaffed in the wait staff department but the ones they do have don't work. they don't come to the tables and stand around BS'ing all the time. I have gone to that location twice and have walked out because me and the wife sat at a table for over 10 minutes with out a server even walking buy saying some one will be with you in a moment. I have had to wait 20 minutes for a beer before when the place was pretty much empty. and its like pulling teeth to get a check in that place. the food is usually pretty good and the beer prices are pretty good during happy hour. but I Have not been to the place in over 2 months. the only one I will go to is the Brandon location.

I agree. A while back we went into the boyette location and before we even got to talk to the hostess we turned around and left because of the noise. It would have been my first time at any BWW, and I have had no interest of going to any of them since then.

Agreed, That is the location I was referring to also. Your comment about the check was right on.

Well we went. And like you all said ,It Sucked! We arrived at 6:45. Sat around till 7:15 to be seated. Ordered our food shortly therafter, and some of us finally got our food about an hour later. The rest got theirs even later. We were a party of about 25 and they gave us 1 Waitress. Yeah 1. It was pitiful, considering I had called them Wednesday to let them know we were coming. Some of us ordered caeser salad, we got it, it was soggy and not very good. Like it had sat out for a while. We ate it anyway, didnt want to order something else and have to wait for that too. The fries was cold and the colesaw had soured by the time it got to our table. The rest of the food wasn't that good either. And the drink refills, ha, one of the girls with us went up to the bar to get some of our refills herself. Manager asked us how our food was and we told him. We got our salads taken off our bills and the birthday boy got his meal free. That was our 1st time there and our last.
